This video walks you through the basics of using the Triple Play with iPhone and iPad.

The Triple Play works great with your iPhone and iPad. There are a few things to know if you want to make sure it works every time. First, you will need the Mo Disk app. The app is free. When you plug the Triple Play into your device, it will ask you if you want to “allow” or “deny.” If you tap “allow,” the Mo Disk app will open and the Triple Play will be ready to go to work for you! If you hit “deny,” nothing will happen. The app will not open and the Triple Play will not work. If that happens, just remove the Triple Play and plug it in again. When the device asks for your permission, you will need to hit “allow” for it to work properly. That is a security feature of your Apple device. No information is shared with the Triple Play or transferred from your device to the Triple Play. The Triple Play is private and secure!
